PTS Leadership

The PTS is made up of annually selected and confirmed individuals who participate in the general oversight of the PTS.

PTS BOARD OFFICERS (EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE)

Duties:  Will ensure day to day operations are properly delegated between the Executive Committee Officers, and will communicate regularly with the Committee to establish the PTS goals, vision, annual budget, conference schedule, and other necessary items.

Vice President - TBD     EMAIL:  vp@preteristalliance.org

Duties:  Works directly with the President in carrying out the duties of that office, in addition to coordinating and planning according to the recommendations of the President.  Will ensure board and PTS compliance and maintain all legal aspects of the PTS. 

Operations Director – TBD     EMAIL:  operations@preteristalliance.org

Duties:  Will coordinate and plan event functions, locations, scheduling, and will network with other organizations and societies for affiliation and cooperative efforts.  Will also manage and establish educational directives and capable programs for member involvement and participation.

Journal Editor & Oversight Director - TBD     EMAIL:  ptjeditor@preteristalliance.org

Duties:  Will maintain oversight and edit the PTJ for quarterly publication and will work directly with the Journal design, layout, format, and distribution to PTS members and other individuals requesting the PTJ as a non-member. 

Webmaster Content Director - TBD     EMAIL:  webmaster@preteristalliance.org

Duties:  Will maintain oversight of all website design, layout, format, and general content in accordance with the directives, goals, vision and as delegated by the President and Vice President as approved by the Committee as a whole.

Communications Director – TBD     EMAIL:  communications@preteristalliance.org

Duties:  Will maintain oversight of all contact and email lists, member registrations and applications, and membership blog forums.  Will also ensure that Committee interaction is taking place and will maintain all necessary email accounts, server reliability, and media functions of the PTS (audio, video, visual, bookstore). 

CFO (Chief Financial Officer) - TBD     EMAIL:  cfo@preteristalliance.org

Duties:  Will maintain and keep record of all membership registration funds, deposits, and PTS expenditures.  Will report all financial records to the Secretary and President on a quarterly basis for auditing and accountability. 

Secretary/CFO Trustee – TBD     EMAIL:  secretary@preteristalliance.org

Duties:  Will assist all officers with their respective duties and will audit all financial records along with the CFO and report those records to the President each quarter.
