About PTS

WELCOME

The Preterist Theological Society (PTS) is an organization of scholars, pastors, ministers, evangelists, lay-leaders, and students who write, teach and study within the various fields of preteristic theology. Made up of members from the diverse preterist community, the PTS engages each other’s best theological reflections and views. In its programs, this Society often reaches beyond the local members to invite international scholars and others from across the United States to present papers and to participate in the conversations ongoing within the organization. At the same time, the Society calls attention to the work of local scholars (members and nonmembers) whose thinking about God and their faith has shaped their scholarship, their minds, and their lives.

A STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The Preterist Theological Society is a community of Preterist Christians who are engaged in critical and creative examination of religious thought and its impact on faith and culture.

Founded in 2010 on the heels of decades of united efforts, the PTS is dedicated to the oral exchange and written expression of preterist theological thought and research. The Society pulls from a collection of resources to help our members, ranging from the FREE Fulfilled Magazine offer, to the course work available at the Preterist School of Theology (Pastoral Training Center for Fulfilled Covenant Eschatology – PTCFCE), to announcing events and conferences going on around the nation. The members of the PTS and it’s executive officers currently meet together during the Ardmore Preterist Pilgrim Weekend event sponsored by Dr. Don K. Preston of the Preterist Research Institute.
